We were really lucky staying at Tam Coc Eco House. the room was super clean and fresh, with a huge and comfortable bed. It had a high ceiling, adding to the spaciousness. the bathroom was also immaculate. We enjoyed the calming sounds of grasshoppers in the garden and, although an early morning rooster interrupted our sleep, it wasn't for too long. the location was great, far enough from the street to avoid any noise. Despite the language barrier, our host Tuan made us feel welcome and communicated effectively through body language, smiles, and even Google Translate. the breakfast was varied and well-prepared, and Tuan even offered laundry service. the highlight of our stay was when Tuan's friend, who spoke English, organized a special lunch using plants from their garden. It was a truly unique and delicious experience. We highly recommend asking Tuan to prepare dinner as well, as it surpassed any restaurant we tried in Tam Coc.
Nothing bad to say.

The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was on point every morning. We had a blast exploring Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, taking boat rides through the limestone caves and hiking up to the viewpoints. It was the perfect vacation with the squad!
The only thing we wished for was a chill common area or bar where we could hang out with other young people and have a party after a long day of adventures. It would have been awesome to meet fellow travelers and share stories over some drinks.

Convenient location near bars, restaurants, and water. Charming side street to explore. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. Friendly staff, early check-in, and late shower. Cleanest in Southeast Asia, owner makes you feel at home despite language barrier. Cute dog. Deluxe double room a must-stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The high ceiling added a nice touch to the room. We enjoyed the calming sounds of the grasshoppers in the garden at night. The location was remote enough to provide a peaceful escape from street noise. Despite the language barrier, the host Tuan was friendly and we were able to communicate effectively through gestures, smiles, and Google Translate. The daily breakfasts were delicious and varied. Tuan even provided laundry service. On the second day, Tuan's English-speaking friend made our stay even better by arranging a special lunch using ingredients from their garden. We were treated to a mouth-watering fish dish, fantastic spring rolls, and a flavorful chicken and mushroom dish. As the day was cold, they even prepared a unique foot bath with herbs from the garden, which was a delightful and aromatic experience. We highly recommend asking Tuan to prepare dinner, as it exceeded our expectations.
We felt extremely welcome during our stay and have no complaints.
